Abstract

In the present work, the subject of the globalization of the world and the supposed neighborhood approach of humanity that this globalization process would be producing is exposed. Without discussing the scope of such a diagnosis, it is left as an open question but it is pointed out, on the other hand, that it is undeniable that since its most remote beginnings, that is, since before it was spoken about with the term globalization, this process goes accompanied by a growing imbalance. It may be that we live in times of a globalized world and humanity, but marked at the same time by an imbalance that is sharpened by the new practices and strategies of the hegemonic civilization.
